International orders may incur customs fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If no one is available, a delivery card will be left by the courier for you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Zaphar Hair, we offer a 14-day return policy, from the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address. Please note the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at Contact@zapharhair.info within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
If accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the return promptly.

Undelivered Orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please track your parcel using the provided tracking number. For further assistance, contact us at using our email below.
Please ensure your mailing address is accurate during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided by customers. In the event of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. However, please note that this may incur a return-to-sender fee of £6.50, in addition to a new shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Parcels:
Once your package has been confirmed delivered by our shipping carrier, Zaphar Hair assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
